As from the 1st of February 2023 Caereinion Medical Practice will no longer be accepting repeat medical requests by telephone. The Practice has put this new way of working in place to ensure our Dispensary Team can focus on providing the best possible patient service. You will still be able to order your repeat medication through several other ways:

• Drop off your repeat prescription at the Practice in person either at Reception or drop off in the prescription post box outside the main entrance.
• Post using Royal Mail to: Llanfair Caereinion Medical Practice, Llanfair Caereinion, Welshpool SY21 0RT
• Order via My Health Online – you will need to register for this service, please ask at Reception. You can complete this form online.
• Register for the MySurgery App, where you can order your repeat medication through the secure App straight from your phone.
• Order through our dedicated email address: [email protected]

We are aware that there will be a small group of patients who are not able to order their repeat medication using any of the five ordering options above, we will be taking these patients into account by offering a slightly different service to these more remote and vulnerable Patients. If you could let our reception staff know that you want to be put on this list, they can then book you in for a review with the Pharmacist to see if its suitable.
