Booking an Appointment

All GP appointments are triaged by a clinician

The surgery operates an appointment system. To make an appointment with a doctor, practice nurse or health care assistant please contact the surgery by calling in person or by telephoning 01938 810279 during opening hours. If you need an urgent appointment please ring after 8:30am for that day. The Duty Doctor or Nurse will return your call and you will be given an appointment or telephone advice.

If we have your mobile phone number, you will get a text message reminder of your pre-booked appointment which also enables you to cancel the appointment by text.

Cancellations - If you cannot keep an appointment please let the reception staff know, either by telephoning the surgery or visiting the surgery in person. This will allow someone else to have your appointment and reduce waiting time.
