Reminder for Repeat Medication

Due to increasing demand we need to enforce the 2 working days notice to prepare your medication as follows:-

Prescription Ordered on will be ready by

Friday after 4pm & Weekends by Wednesday after 11am

Monday before 4pm by Wednesday after 11am

Tuesday before 4pm by Thursday after 11am

Wednesday before 4pm by Friday after 11am

Thursday before 4pm by Monday after 11am

Friday before 4pm by Tuesday after 11am

NB – Medication ordered over a Bank Holiday Weekend will not be ready until the following Thursday.

All Acute or Urgent Medication will be dispensed as soon as possible

If you collect your medication from a chemist please allow extra time and indicate which chemist you use. Please note that Boots and Rowlands collect Prescriptions from here on a Tuesday and Thursday.

Please try to order all your medication just ONCE monthly. DON’T order medication which you DON’T need. The doctors would rather know if you are not taking all the medication you are prescribed.

DO NOT WASTE MEDICATION – once it has been given out we cannot reuse it if you return it.
